The Curve is Slough’s iconic library and cultural centre, right in the heart of the town. Over three storeys, The Curve houses a library, gallery and public exhibition space, Slough Museum pods, Curve Venue, community learning spaces and work skills hub, public computers, and the Register Office including a custom-designed wedding room.
There is free Wi-Fi, two large lifts, toilet facilities on every floor including adult changing and baby change.
The building is a gently curved, silver tube wrapped around the rear of a Grade II listed flint church. Designs by Bblur Architecture, for both The Curve and Slough’s new bus station, were inspired by the pioneering work of Slough-based astronomer.
